Yuzu kosho is one of our favourites. Made from a fermented blend of yuzu peel (a citrus fruit), fresh chilli and salt, this Japanese chilli paste is an instant flavour bomb. Coming in red, green or even black versions, yuzu kosho is a complex seasoning combining fiery heat with yuzu's citrus blossom flavours. Use it to flavour Japanese hot pot dishes, shio ramen, miso soup, fish, dress salads and more.
We also stock delicious yuzu hot sauces inspired by this condiment. Alongside red or green chillies and lemon juice, expect strong floral yuzu notes from the fresh yuzu fruit.
