Frequently asked questions

This delicious Japanese seasoning is mostly used on plain steamed rice to make furikake rice, or atop udon noodles. However, it can also be used to enhance popcorn and other snacks, or even to coat fried chicken or prawns.

We have organic furikake available which is prepared by the master sesame roasters, Wadaman in Japan
