This is no ordinary chilli, a complex blend of soy, chilli pepper, sweet pepper, garlic, white sesame, cinnamon and shikwasa citrus zest make this a full body sauce with limitless versatility. Produced by Tsuji Seiyu, a company known for developing food products with a focus on clean, healthy, natural ingredients the flavours are genuine and wonderfully balanced.

You can use this Ra-yu oil to bring complex heat to any dish and is very much at home drizzled over freshly cooked Gyoza dumplings. Pour it over our somen noodles (link) for a quick delicious snack or as a dip for tempura vegetables or anywhere you want some rich, spicy, tangy flavour.

Great service and great product.

Placed the order Tuesday and was delivered the next day, amazing service, can't be beaten, will be one of many orders to come.

This product is also great, after a recent trip to Hokkaido i've been craving proper authentic Japanese flavours and this delivers. This product has become a favourite of mine over night I've had it for a couple of days now and think I've used it on every meal. Its a subtle spice that doesn't over power and a real complex flavour, great over a Asian style salad with miso cod.

Thank you Kris, really pleased you have been able to find a taste of Japan to have at home - as you say, the Spicy Ra-Yu is great on just about everything :)

Full of Flavour

This is a great spicy oil.
It really brings the flavour of food up and not too spicy to cover the taste of them.
The oil is not greasy... enough to make my food feel smooth and juicy
