Sansho Spiced Dark and Stormy

Ingredients

  • 50ml Sansho Spiced Rum
  • 15ml sudachi juice*
  • 75ml ginger beer
  • Serve over ice
  • Garnish with sudachi slice*

Method

In a lowball glass add one or two pieces of ice. Pour over the rum, sudachi juice and ginger beer, give everything a gentle stir before adding the slice of sudachi.

*lime juice and slice can be substituted for sudachi
