Ingredients:
• 150g yuzu mayo (vegan yuzu mayo available)
• 1tsp wasabi mustard
• 60g watercress, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced finely
Method:
Simply mix all ingredients together for a completely moreish condiment, perfect in the summer with a BBQ!
