Ingredients:
- 60ml Wasabi Vodka
- 1tbsp Dry Vermouth
- Ice
- Fresh yuzu peel, to garnish
Method:
- Pour the vodka and vermouth into a cocktail shaker with a scoop of ice – you can shake or stir them together, depending on your preference.
- Strain in to a martini glass and garnish with the yuzu peel.
