Make a Tom Collins with a Japanese twist using our own Shiso Gin, refreshing & exotic in a glass
Ingredients:
- 50ml Shiso Gin
- 15ml Yuzu Juice
- 125ml Soda Water
- Serve over ice
- Fresh yuzu slice & a cherry, to garnish
Method:
In a highball glass, add some ice before layering the gin, yuzu juice and soda water on top. Give it a gentle stir and garnish with the yuzu and cherry.
