Japanese Tom Collins with Shiso Gin

Ingredients

  • 50ml Shiso Gin
  • 15ml Yuzu Juice
  • 125ml Soda Water
  • Serve over ice
  • Yuzu slice & a cherry, to garnish

Method

In a highball glass, add some ice before layering the gin, yuzu juice and soda water on top. Give it a gentle stir and garnish with the yuzu and cherry.
