Enhance your seafood with this vibrant Wasabi Lime Butter, where the fresh heat of wasabi meets the tangy zest of lime for a mouthwatering finish.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp fresh wasabi, grated
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • Optional: Fresh herbs like parsley or coriander, finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, grated wasabi, lime zest, lime juice, and salt.
  2. Mix until well combined. If using herbs, fold them in.
