Dip into bold flavours with this Spicy Wasabi and Avocado Hummus, a creamy blend of fresh wasabi heat and smooth avocado deliciousness.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp fresh wasabi, grated (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Optional toppings: Drizzle of olive oil, sesame seeds, chopped cilantro (coriander)
Instructions:
- In a food processor, combine the avocado, chickpeas, grated wasabi, tahini, lime juice, garlic, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
