Ingredients:
- 1 tsp fresh wasabi, grated (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger (optional, for extra zing)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the grated wasabi, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), sesame oil, olive oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic until well combined.
