Myoga Sudachi Cocktail

This cocktail is a refreshing and zingy drink, perfect for summer!

A twist on the classic cocktail from Sushi Seki in NYC, It works amazingly with food and was specifically created to be drunk with sushi as it cuts through the fattiness of the fish.

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Infuse a bottle of vodka with myoga ginger slices for 3-7 days. This will lightly flavour the vodka and give it a zingy twist.
  2. Pour the infused vodka and sudachi juice into a glass over ice
  3. Top with the ginger beer and stir gently
  4. Squeeze the juice from one lime edge into the drink
  5. Garnish with myoga ginger and the second like wedge
