A clear soy sauce which is ideal for adding great flavour without darkening the colour of the dish. This crystal Shoyu is unique in Japan and is obtained via a special distillation process developed by Fundodai. Super versatile, taste it by adding to a bit of fresh wasabi, and it makes a fantastic addition to fish and meat carpaccio, as a white foam for beef dishes.
