This vegetable dashi is packed full of umami flavour from the shiitake mushrooms with a good balance of sweetness. This is a great substitute for soy sauce, adding a depth of flavour and seasoning to soups and stews. It goes particularly well with soba noodles.
Available in 170ml and 500ml.
How to use:
- Dilution 1:3 Dipping sauce for noodles
- Dilution 1:5 Seasoning for soups and stews
- Dilution 1:9 As a broth for noodle dishes
Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Refrigerate once opened.
