Twice fermented, premium quality miso for soup, marinades and sauces.

Made by master craftsmen of the Kantoya company, based in Kyoto, using traditional techniques since 1847. 

The unique double fermentation process delivers a light flavour with a deep soy fragrance of traditional character that ensures this miso paste is considered amongst the best in Japan.

Available in 100g & 500g
