Dare miso is a premium miso base sauce. It is ideal as a marinade to add flavour to meat such as chicken or pork, as a base for a miso ramen dish or just add to hot water for a warming drink. It has a very deep, rich flavour and is absolutely packed with umami.

The 1 kg bag is exceptional value and a great way to use this miso is to store it in the freezer in ice cube trays, then just pop out a cube of delicious flavour to add to any stew or soup for a hidden umami flavour boost.

Keep refrigerated, once open consume within 30 days or freeze for up to one year. Once open, cover the miso to prevent oxidation from exposure to the air.
