Black garlic salt blends UK grown black garlic with Atlantic ocean sea salt for a unqiue flavour combination that is versatile and easily incorporated into hundreds of different dishes. Add depth of flavour with garlic undertones but much less pungent and backed up with a high quality salt to deliver the flavour right into the heart of your dish. Supplied in a re-sealable tub for easy pinching and seasoning this is one of those seasoning ingredients set to make the jump from top chef to home cooks.

Well, I could write reams on how amazing this is but then I think the best part is trying it out on something different each time. From plain old Tomato Soup to another dimension with Peasants Pasta - mushrooms, bacon, olive oil and spaghetti!!! Or on Fish, Steak, Gnocchi, and much more... Sorry just love it!!! Next month going to try the Black Garlic Sugar! Stand by for feedback!

Cannot say enough how I love the unique flavour of this BLACK GARLIC SALT. It's not heavy on garlic smell and goes superbly well especially sprinkled over sliced tomatoes. Good reseal on 75gm box. Prompt deliver from the Wasabi company too.
