Akasu blended rice vinegar
Yokoi Jozo are famous for their authentic sushi rice vinegars. High levels of amino acids result in rich umami flavour and a mild fragrance. Used by the majority of master sushi chefs in Japan, several of their products are hard to procure due to high demand.
