Produced by Goto Shoyu in Northern Kyushu, this premium dressing combines nutrient-rich akamoku seaweed, known for its high mineral content and silky texture, with soy sauce and a blend of natural Japanese ingredients. Its delicate umami flavour and slight stickiness make it the perfect addition to salads, rice, sushi, seafood and grilled vegetables.

Made with high-quality ingredients, including soy sauce, brewed vinegar, onion, mirin and kombu powder, this dressing enhances dishes with a savoury depth and refreshing acidity. It also works as a marinade or dipping sauce.

  • Salads & Vegetables: drizzle over fresh greens, seaweed salads, or roasted vegetables.
  • Sushi & Rice Dishes: Enhance sushi bowls, poke, or steamed rice with extra depth of flavour.
  • Seafood & Grilled Meats: use as a marinade or dipping sauce for fish, chicken or tofu.
