Make a sumptuous Sesame Paste Ice Cream garnish for a rich, nutty flavour.
Ingredients:
- 60g ice cream
- 8g sesame paste
- about 3g of sesame oil
- a sprinkling of ground sesame
How to make:
- Mix the sesame paste and oil together
- Add 1/2 tsp sesame paste to bottom of a cup
- Put ice cream in the cup
- Cover with the prepared sesame paste
- Sprinkle ground sesame on top
