Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons matcha tea powder
- 1 cup (240ml) hot water
- 250g mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup (250ml) double cream
- 1/3 cup (65g) sugar
- 200g ladyfinger biscuits
- Additional matcha for dusting
Method:
- Whisk the matcha tea powder in hot water until fully dissolved and let it cool.
- Beat the mascarpone cheese, double cream, and sugar together until smooth and thick.
- Dip the ladyfinger biscuits into the cooled matcha tea and layer them in a dish.
- Spread a layer of mascarpone mixture on top. Repeat layers.
- Dust with matcha powder before serving. Chill for at least 2 hours.
