This four pack of sauces contains:

Gyoza Sauce - 200ml

This Gyoza Sauce takes the hassle out of making your own, the perfect balance of tasty and tangy it also has slightly sweet notes with a hint of spice. Yuzu juice brings a fresh and light quality to this dipping sauce, which does a good job of cutting through the richness of the gyoza. Containing a wonderful depth of flavour from the sugar molasses and hon mirin, this sauce is also rich in umami provided by the kombu seaweed and vegetables such as leek, daikon radish, shiitake and enoki mushrooms.

Yakitori Sauce - 200ml

Traditionally made from a combination of soy sauce, mirin (a sweet rice wine), sake (Japanese rice wine) and brown sugar, it can also include other ingredients such as garlic, ginger, or vinegar. This sauce utilizes Fukuoka Marudaizu soy sauce. Unlike other soy sauce, which is usually made from a combination of whole and defatted soy beans, Marudaizu soy sauce is made using only whole soy beans, giving it a milder but more complex flavour.

Yakimen Sauce - 200ml

Made from a delicious blend of vegetables and two different types of soy sauce, our yakimen noodle sauce balances sweet and savoury flavours perfectly. Extremely versatile, this stir fry noodle sauce can be used to create both yaki soba and yaki udon noodles easily at home. Simply add your meat or seafood as well as thinly sliced vegetables such as cabbage, carrots, green onions and bean sprouts, to the pan with your udon or soba noodles and fry them all together until crispy in this deliciously thick, sweet and savoury sauce.

Sweet Soy Sauce for Mochi Rice - 200ml

A sauce that combines the rich umami of the soy sauce with the deep sweetness of the sugar to create a wonderful sticky glaze.  This sweet soy glaze is a blend of Marudaizu soy sauce from Fukuoka and black sugar from Okinawa, designed to enhance the flavour of the mochi rice.   In traditional Japanese culture, Mochi is considered "food of the Gods", it is a symbol of good fortune and happy marriages. They are also used in Shinto practices to give thanks to the gods for providing the harvest.
