Yuzu kosho is one of the essential Japanese condiments containing the queen of citrus, yuzu, and chilli: a wonderful combination that results in an explosion of citrus and fire to tantalise and treat the taste buds.
Here, chef and cookery teacher, Akemi from Gohan.London, shares her tried and tested recipe for you to easily make at home.
If you're feeling inspired to make your own at home, you'll need some fresh yuzu. Unfortunately, this is a seasonal fruit so not available all year round.
