Ginger from Kochi Prefecture is blended with Kito yuzu juice and lychee honey to create a unique blend of flavours that are at once tart and sweet. Looking for more interesting cold drinks? Diluted with sparkling water, this syrup is a proper grown up soft drink, ideal for replacing alcohol.

The perfect yuzu syrup and ginger syrup blend

Refreshing and decongesting in equal measure, stir in with ice in the height of summer for a refreshing but punchy flavour akin to ginger ale or add to hot water in the depths of winter.

Alternatively, add it to some cocktails and it will take your home bar to new levels too! This unique mixture is sure to deliver an unforgettable taste that can be added to many a recipe for an extra boost.

Simple ginger syrup to combat colds

Beat back cold symptoms with the powerful mix of ginger, yuzu citrus and honey. One part syrup to four parts water is recommended, diluted with still, sparkling, soda water or hot water.

Lovely with h fizzy water
