Roasted sesame seeds flavoured with ume plum deliver a surprisingly fresh fruit flavour combined with the nutty finish of sesame. Traditionally sprinkled on rice they are delicious in a yoghurt dips and make pretty and powerful addition to ice cream.

Great depth of flavours

I bought some of this in Nishiki market and was sad when I'd run. This is very tasty and just as good. I'll definitely this again.
