Gorgeous. I make my own, but culinary jealousy drove me to try this. Great texture balancing gel and peel, and nicely tangy. I've had yuzu marmalades and jams in the past that have been completely opaque and more like mashed fibres, and they tasted fine, but the texture didn't do it for me. But this one hits the spot.
