'Bizen' is the style of Japanese pottery originating from the Bizen province of Japan. It is known for its unglazed appearance and natural rustic finish. Black Bizen is a distinctive glaze of the darker hues of black and brown.

While primarily used for soy sauce, these little serving pots can also be used for other sauces such as ponzu or tsuyu.
